Cloud security is an industry that moves very quickly.
Sometimes we need to be very good in the ways that we prioritize. And this is where someone like Rufus is fundamental for us, because he is always on the ball. He is reliably competent and amazing at his job, but also extremely skilled at navigating different stakeholders, working with so many different people, and in quite challenging conditions as well.
Since I started at Sysdig, I’ve managed our video program on top of managing a lot of different marketing programs within the team. The more people you have around, the more deadlines get involved, things can sometimes get a little bit challenging.
This is where I find incredible comfort in having a team member like Rufus that I can always rely on because I know for a fact that he’s not going to be something I’m going to have to think about.
